Took auto in for a repair I knew I needed. Was quoted a price over the phone prior to taking car in. Promptly repaired and charged less than quoted ! Staff is knowledgeable and very kind and friendly. Will be back !

I have used Signal Garage over the last couple years. Have been very pleased with the service and commitment to community.

Signal Auto was great. They were able to get me in quickly, let me drop my keys off over night and offered to pick me up from work when my car was finished. John also mentioned if they couldn’t get everything done in one day they would loan me a rental at no charge to drive.

I had to get my front and back brakes and rotors replaced and a new alternator, John at Signal did everything he could to try and keep cost down for me made sure I knew why I needed the alternator replaced and that I got a lifetime warranty on it. Overall everyone that I spoke to was understanding and helpful. Angie assured me they would even wait for me when I got out of work late and was stuck in traffic.

My car has a strange problem that we thought the alternator replacement would have fixed but, unfortunately, I’m still having some minor problems. (I needed to get the alternator replaced for other reasons as well, so I didn’t waste time and money.)

John also gave me a heads-up that I had some minor leaks going on but they were nothing pressing and if it were his car, he would leave for now.

Overall these guys are great and I will be coming back for any maintenance I may need. Thanks!

Just like a really good sports team Signal garage has a lot of depth to its ‘team’,  Front men Ethan and Mark (at Grand Ave shop) each have the best combination of professional knowledge and a sincere willingness to go the extra step to help customers, and then there’s the ‘on-court’ folks who score all the ‘points’ with fast, skilled service. GO Signal TEAM….you are awesome and get my vote all the time …I mean who would write such a review about a’broken inner tie rod’ if it wasn’t deserving of great praise  🙂
