Customer satisfaction is measured by a survey conducted by AAA after a customer’s vehicle has been serviced by an AAA Approved Auto Repair® facility. Facilities are rated on workmanship, personnel, and business practices. Standards of the program require an auto repair facility to have certified technicians, a complete range of equipment, an excellent performance record, and an outstanding community reputation. Facilities are inspected on a regular basis; however, the customer survey runs throughout the year.
